The xID®, a unique 9-digit global communication passport, empowers you to securely text and make audio and video calls worldwide without needing country or area codes. Your xID® serves as your digital armor, protecting your privacy and maintaining your anonymity whenever and wherever you choose.
We aim to protect the privacy of our members using state of the art tools and encryption technology, skills, knowledge, experience, innovation, and determination. Every member of our team shares the passion to build the best privacy platform anywhere. With the advances in AI, privacy rights are more and more needed to be protected. We have been audited, approved and certified by top cyber security firm DEKRA. Certificates are available on our website.
We offer a free plan with the same security and privacy protection as the Gold membership, with unlimited texting and unlimited encrypted audio calls. While the free plan includes limited time for encrypted video calls. Our Gold upgrade grants unlimited usage, as well as other exclusive features (visit our FAQ to find more information). However, any member of certain countries that finds it difficult to upgrade due to hard financial conditions or blocked payment methods, we will upgrade you to Gold membership for no charge. We do not collect any data or store any information or history of any communication, media or files. We strip all files from any meta-data before transport and encryption. We do not attach any information to any push notification or any reference to any content of any message. All data is encrypted at the device level and during transport to the recipient. No one can view the content of any message or call, not even xPal employees.

Journalists: Around the world in conflict areas, who wish to share their reports and media to their headquarters without the fear of repercussions or prosecution; To protect their integrity and safety to continue providing the true events for the world to see.
Families: Speak freely, share media and documents without the fear of a third party harvesting, collecting and/or selling that data, or compromising their rights to privacy, and to protect against hacking and blackmail.
Business Professionals: Communicate to their staff and clients without compromising trust between them. Any access to such communication can jeopardize the rights of these professionals and the rights of their clients. Our platform is built to protect data in transport.
Businesses: Business owners, their staff and employees, to preserve company intel, to block intruders that can illegally access private conversations and shared files. Businesses can create their own closed network as a “Team” to protect from outside intrusions.

To know if the situation turns unpleasant, our members can simply “Terminate” the entire history and block the unwanted person without fear that their identity is compromised. To allow anyone the freedom to be themselves without leaving a digital trail.
Abuse of Platform
We do not condone or support any illegal activities on our platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any person or group that exploits our services to promote, share, solicit or distribute any illegal conversations, media or products. If any such report or tip of such use is reported by our members to the Support Team, we will terminate the account(s) involved, and permanently block those users. This is our commitment to do our part in building a better and safer society which goes side by side with preserving the privacy rights of our members.
